Medical Representative Supervisor
Responsibilities
- To supervise, coordinate and monitor the daily activities and productivity of the medical representatives, providing feedback and coaching;
- To visit, develop and maintain good working relations with key medical officers, pharmacists, and opinion leaders in the industry;
- To garner a comprehensive knowledge of the products and programs such as NHF and JADEP, being able to construct product strategies accordingly;
- Any other duties necessary.
Requirement
- Experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
